Alex has 20+ years in the inspection and construction fields.
Starting out as a commercial environmental inspector and consultant, Alex worked on and managed largescale site remediation and reconstruction projects throughout the country including New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, Texas after Hurricane Ike, and Florida after the 2004 hurricanes.
In addition to inspecting, Alex has years of hands-on experience in all aspects of construction, working side by side with licensed contractors from all trades.
Alex holds a real estate license and actively consults on and invests in distressed properties throughout North Jersey, making him well versed in all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Alex has a Master’s Degree from Stony Brook University and Bachelor’s from Montclair State University.
